FACILITY WIDE SOLUTIONS
Since lighting isn’t the only area in our
client’s facilities where energy conservation
measures and performance can be improved, our
Sure Energy Solutions division works together with our
professional partners to create complete
facility turnkey projects. Eastern Energy
Solutions and Sure Energy Solutions propose the following on a
case by case basis along with lighting upgrade
systems to give our clients a complete turnkey
project from one energy consulting company.

Commercial and residential solar systems can
reduce or completely eliminate the cost of
electricity, and in the process redirect those
precious budget dollars to other areas.
Improvements in solar technologies have reduced
costs by more than half in the last ten years,
and with the utility rebates and financing
available today these installations are now even
more affordable.
Solar installations can be designed to send
power back to the utility grid (under associated
state and federal laws). A solar power system
can send surplus electricity back to the grid
during the daytime when electric utility rates
are the most expensive. The electric meter runs
backwards and the utility keeps a record of the
valuable power it receives from the solar
system, crediting the properties electric bill
for the solar-generated surplus power. This
along with many other factors have put solar
power installations at an all time high.
HVAC
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning
(HVAC) systems account for 40% to 60% of the
energy used in U.S. commercial and residential
buildings. Proven technologies and design
concepts, along with energy efficient HVAC
technologies will provide significant energy
savings and lower lifecycle costs.
HVAC systems also have a significant effect
on the health, comfort, and productivity of
occupants. Issues including user discomfort,
improper ventilation, and poor indoor air
quality are linked to HVAC system design and
operation. This can be corrected by improved
mechanical and ventilation systems, and a good
preventative maintenance program. As with
lighting systems, the productivity gains from a
well designed and implemented HVAC system can
result in savings that are many times the energy
savings alone.
Refrigeration
Refrigeration systems often operate in an
inefficient manner due to faults that are not
catastrophic, but that reduce capacity, increase
power consumption, or both. This is because
refrigeration systems are designed for extreme
conditions of climate and load, but operate most
of the time well away from this peak. Since most
users also have spare capacity, these situations
can persist for long periods without being
detected. Through well planned operational
inspections these inefficiencies (if any) can be
detected and resolved allowing refrigeration
systems to perform at their peak level. With
well maintained and operating refrigeration,
additional energy savings, improved product
quality, and increased cooling capacity can also
be achieved through our line of energy
efficiency technologies.
Used Oil Furnaces
Used-oil furnaces are self contained, on-site
heating and recycling systems that store and
burn used oil conveniently and efficiently. By
burning used motor oils as an approved energy
recovered fuel, facilities can reduce or
eliminate the use of fuel oil and natural gas to
heat their facilities dramatically reducing
heating costs, and preserving our environment
and natural resources. By burning these used
motor oils, facilities will eliminate any oil
spills that may occur during transportation of
the used-oils to a reclaim center. These spills
will harm the environment and there are
significant liabilities for these occurrences.
Isomeric Coatings
Solar heat and ultraviolet rays from the sun
can cause excessive heat in buildings, and poor
insulation will not properly contain comfortable
living or working environments. These natural
events and inefficiencies can result in
increased heating and cooling costs and
degradation of exterior materials. The
introduction of ceramic technology in paint and
coatings has made available excellent solutions
to protecting and insulating roofing and walls
of residential, commercial and industrial
buildings across the globe. The benefits of
reflective coatings include waterproofing,
soundproofing, insulating, beautifying,
weatherability, mildew resistance, increased
service life and energy savings.
TVSS Systems
Electrical pollution is the most costly to
ignore and the least costly to eliminate.
Lighting, power grid switching, brownouts,
blackouts, and many types of load switching and
cycling cause surges, spikes, glitches, and
transient over-voltages. These external surges,
along with internally generated power pollution,
contribute to equipment damage costing hundreds
of millions of dollars in the USA every year.
Our Transient Voltage Surge Suppressant (TVSS)
system is specifically designed to eliminate
those external and internal surges and
transients before they damage your sensitive
electronic equipment.
